Men can not help but notice women who exude confidence. When a
woman is confident and comfortable with herself, she demands
attention unconsciously, which is attractive to others. However,
not all are gifted to have this characteristic. Some acquired
shyness innately.

People may say that shyness can be an obstacle for people who
are timid or introverted. But, it does not mean that being shy
is completely a disadvantage. You can use this “shyness” to be
attractive as well. But it is a matter of how you see it, on
how you use it. When it comes to dating, you are uncomfortable
opening up or sharing too much of yourself too soon. This can
make you feel self-conscious. However, this can work to your
advantage. You are not expected to pour out your entire life
story, but it would be helpful to tell your date some things
about yourself. You can be mistaken as somebody quite
“mysterious”. Mystery breeds its own sort of anticipation. So
instead of talking about yourself, you can divert the attention
instead on the other person. Be genuine by being eager to know
more about your date. That way, you can remain your shy self,
without ruining the date. You just have to say it in a nice and
polite manner. Asking questions is not bad either. You might
even try telling him or her that you are shy. For some strange
reason, many people find it alluring if someone is shy. They
get to feel like they are bringing you into the real world, and
that they are the ones that you will be experiencing these new
things with.

Dating shyness can not be that bad, you do not have to force
yourself to be someone you are not. Being shy does not mean
you should miss out on the dating opportunities at your feet.
All you have to do is to work your way around dating shyness
until it works to your advantage. It is nothing really
dangerous as long as it is a natural part of your personality.
Besides if your date really does like you for who you are, it

will not matter if you are outgoing or extremely shy.
